KSR will list on the bourses with its initial public offering on July 14, 2008. The issue price has been fixed at Rs 240 per share.The stock will start trading in F&O segment as well with permitted lot size of 850 shares.
KSK Energy Ventures had entered capital market with a public issue of 3,46,11,000 shares and subscribed 1.5 times.The equity shares in the Pre- IPO placing have been subscribed by the following Investors:
- Macquarie Bank Limited
- Tree Line Asia Master Fund (Singapore) Pte Ltd
- GE Capital International (Mauritius)
- Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited,
- Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited,
